Tolinku bills per Appspace. Each Appspace has its own plan tier, and you can mix tiers across Appspaces in the same account.

Annual billing is available at a 20% discount.

Free trial

When you create your first paid Appspace, you get a 30-day free trial of the Standard tier with full features and up to 3 Appspaces. No credit card is required to start the trial.

At the end of 30 days, if you have not added a payment method, your Appspaces downgrade to the free tier. Routes and data are preserved, but usage limits apply.

Auto-upgrade

Tolinku monitors your click and API call usage. If an Appspace exceeds its tier limit, the system automatically upgrades it to the next tier so your links keep working.

Here is how it works:

1. Your Appspace is on Standard (50,000 clicks/mo).
2. A campaign goes viral and you hit 55,000 clicks (10% grace buffer).
3. At that point, Tolinku upgrades the Appspace to Growth ($79/appspace/mo).
4. Your links continue working without interruption.
5. The price change is reflected on your next invoice.

The 10% grace buffer means small overages do not trigger an upgrade immediately. You also receive a warning email when you reach 80% of your tier limit.

Tip

Auto-upgrade only moves you up, never down. If your usage drops in a later month, you can manually downgrade from the billing page.

Billing caps

If you need to control costs (common for agencies managing client Appspaces), you can set a billing cap on each Appspace. The billing cap prevents auto-upgrade beyond the tier you choose.

For example, if you set a billing cap of Growth, the Appspace will never auto-upgrade to Scale. Instead, when the Growth tier limits are exceeded, excess traffic is rate-limited rather than billed at a higher tier.

To set a billing cap:

1. Go to Account Settings > Billing.
2. Find the Appspace in the list.
3. Select a cap from the dropdown: Standard, Growth, Scale, or No limit.

Caution

When a billing cap is active and the Appspace hits its limit, excess clicks and API calls are rejected. Links will return the fallback URL or an error until usage resets at the start of the next billing period. Set caps carefully to avoid disrupting live campaigns.

Managing your subscription

Changing plans

You can upgrade or downgrade any Appspace from the billing page. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Canceling

Click Cancel Subscription on the billing page. Your Appspace continues working until the end of the current billing period, then downgrades to free. You can resume at any time before the period ends.

Payment methods

Tolinku uses Stripe for payment processing. Click Manage in Stripe to update your card, view invoices, or change your billing email. Stripe accepts all major credit and debit cards.

Invoice history

The billing page shows your last 10 invoices with the amount, status (paid, open, void), and a link to view each one in Stripe. For older invoices, use the Stripe billing portal.
