Media Library

The media library stores images you upload to your Appspace. These images can be used in landing pages, bio pages, banners, OG tags, and anywhere else that accepts an image URL.

Uploading files

1. Go to Media in the sidebar.

2. Click Upload or drag files into the upload area.

3. Your file appears in the library grid immediately.

Supported formats

Maximum file size: 10 MB per file.

Using images

Every uploaded image gets a CDN URL. Click Copy URL on any image to copy it to your clipboard. Paste this URL into:

• Landing page image fields
• Bio page profile images and link thumbnails
• Banner background images
• OG image fields on routes or Appspace settings
• API responses for dynamic route landing pages

Searching and browsing

The media library shows all uploads in a grid sorted by most recent. Use the search bar to filter by filename. Pagination loads more results as you scroll.

Stock photos (Pexels)

If your Appspace has the Pexels integration enabled, you can search for stock photos directly from the media library. Search results come from the Pexels library and can be used in your landing pages and banners.

Tip

Pexels photos are free to use commercially. Attribution is appreciated but not required. See the Pexels license for details.

Deleting files

Click Delete on any image to remove it from your library. The file is deleted from storage permanently.

Caution

Deleting an image does not automatically remove it from landing pages, banners, or OG tags that reference it. Those will show a broken image until you replace the URL. Check your pages before deleting.

Permissions

• Admin: Can upload and delete files.
• Editor: Can upload files and browse the library. Cannot delete files.
• Viewer: Can browse the library and copy URLs, but cannot upload or delete.
